Everything was simply fine. Booked the room with my family members for 4 nights and had a pleasant stay. The location turned out to be unbeatable and incredible, really close to Edinburgh and coast and Edinburgh city centre. The employees were accommodating and competent.

The two-bedroom apartment is spacious enough for a family of five with large rooms and a well-stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking. A bus stop directly across the road makes city trips convenient, and there's a 24-hour Asda nearby to stock up on essentials.
A few minor quirks could enhance the experience, The TV isn't smart, so you might need a separate device to access streaming like Netflix unless you bring your own. The parking situation could use better signage-it's a one-way system that might confuse first-timers. If the master or second room had a TV, it would greatly improve family movie nights.

Overall, the hotel was good, however, in the summer fans are required as the rooms are quite warm inside, hotel service was great , staff were amazing, location was good, a very nearby bus station that links you to the whole city.

Very modern hotel and comfortable, good location and nice view to the sea.
The drainage of the shower was blocked in the suite room.

spacious, spacious, spacious
The two-bedroom apartment was spacious, perfect for my family. With a fully equipped kitchen, we whipped up our own meals, saving us time and money. The views were jaw-dropping, showcasing the Royal Yacht Britannia.

Staff at reception were extremely friendly and cooperative. When, as a family, we had an emergency and we had to leave on a one day notice, staff were very understanding i.e. reflecting high value for customers versus money.
Cleaning the apartments should be provided every 3 days.

Spacious and bright, great for families!
We loved the bright, clean apartment with loads of windows and a fab view of the harbor! The location was perfect, and having 3 single beds plus a double was super handy for us. Only bummer was getting hit with a surprise cleaning fee after we left, so snap some pics before you check out. The outdoor dining area was a nice touch too.

It was good family accommodation at a very reasonable price. We will be back.
The iron did not work in our apartment and we borrowed the one from next door - it leaked. We were going to a Graduation Ball and were requiring the iron for the shirts!!
